不错，原料易得，做法简单，相信味道也会很不错的

色香味俱全的一道凉菜，为了保证口感大大将芹菜过水后再放进冰水中镇一下，非常的到位，不过在最后俺还使认为，把麻油加热后再淋入摆好的成品菜上更好一些，大大不妨试一试，看看效果如何，有机会把食后感觉交流一下哦！谢谢大大的美食！
