中式豉香烤排骨
材料:排骨,蒜,(切茸)豆豉(切碎);v_.f+i4C-^~M
调料:生抽,老抽,植物油,糖,生粉;

工具:烤箱,锡纸:D*\}T?
排骨盏小块,依次加入豆豉碎,生抽,老抽,糖,生粉,植物油入味;

锅里加少许油放蒜炒香后摆在排骨上面,用锡纸包严进烤箱.(烤箱230度预热10分钟)烤50分钟;
